Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrush account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party. phrush will never contact you by unsolicited means requesting your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you unless you notify phrush promptly upon discovering unauthorized access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact phrush support immediately at [email protected]. phrush accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

phrush accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion;
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phrush account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation by the payment provider;
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take between one (1) and three (3) banking hours to reflect in your account;
• All funds deposited into your phrush account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension;
• phrush reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds as required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account and used for wagering, except in cases of documented platform error.

Withdrawal of funds from your phrush account is subject to the following conditions:

• Opening, operating, or accessing more than one phrush account, or accessing an account that belongs to another person;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform rules or bonus offers;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including proceeds of crime or money laundering in any form;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or game vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior directed at phrush staff, support agents, or other players on the platform.

phrush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Direction or order from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months).

Where an account is closed by phrush for non-prohibited-conduct reasons, any verified cash balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days. • Any unauthorized access to or use of phrush servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or game on the Platform;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phrush's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority having jurisdiction over phrush's operations. Any formal legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

phrush reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the phrush Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
